How do I delete my account? Go to Profile → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your account, training profile, and locally stored session data. Note: deleting your account does not cancel an active Apple subscription — you must cancel that separately in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
I forgot my password / can’t sign in. If you signed in with Apple or Google, use the respective provider’s account recovery flow. For email sign-in, tap Forgot Password on the login screen to receive a reset link.
How do I cancel my subscription? Go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, find Kinetic, and tap Cancel Subscription. All billing is handled by Apple; we cannot cancel or refund subscriptions directly.
How do I get a refund? Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the Kinetic purchase you’d like to dispute.
Why did my analysis quota reset? Your quota resets at the start of each billing period (weekly or monthly, depending on your plan). The remaining count is shown on the Home screen.
Why does coaching sometimes give inaccurate feedback? Coaching is powered by AI pose estimation and may be affected by camera angle, lighting, clothing, or algorithm limitations. Results are approximations — see our full disclaimer in the Terms of Service.
Is my video uploaded to the cloud? No. Videos are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to Kinetic’s servers. Only three still frames and a structured summary are sent when you explicitly tap Get AI Coaching. See our Privacy Policy for details.
